Your use of services on the Aspire platform ("Platform") shall be subject to our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Depending on where you are located and the services you use on the Platform, different terms between you and the relevant Aspire group entity are set out below and within the applicable terms. If you use more than one product or have businesses across different countries, you may receive services from more than one Aspire entity.

6 Third-party Services

6.1 Certain services and functions available on the Platform, as set out below, are operated by third-party providers (the “Third-party Services”). Your usage of these Third-party Services constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the relevant third-party provider’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, or any amendments to the foregoing, in each case as applicable from time to time. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and policies of these third-party providers and to decide whether to proceed.

6.1.1 All outbound cross-border payment services on the Platform are provided by various regulated third-party providers, including:

  • Wise Inc. and its various group companies, including, among others, Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd.(which operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore). Wise Inc.’s Terms of Use are available here.
  • Brdgepay and its various group companies, including, among others, Brdgepay Pte. Ltd.(which operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore). Brdgepay’s Terms of Use are available here.
  • Rapyd and its various group companies, including, among others, Rapyd Holdings Pte. Ltd (which operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore). Rapyd’s Terms of Use are available here.
  • Fomo Pay and its various group companies, including, among others, Fomo Pay Pte. Ltd (which operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore). Fomo Pay’s Terms of Use are available here.
  • International Remittance Pte Ltd (which operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore) International Remittance’s Terms of Use are available here.

6.1.2 All Inbound cross-border payment services on the Platform are provided by various regulated third-party providers, including:

  • Wallex and its various group companies, including, among others, Wallex Technologies Pte. Ltd (which operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore). Wallex’s Terms of Use are available here.
  • Brdgepay, Rapyd, and Fomo Pay. Their respective Terms of Use are set out above.

6.1.3 PayNow services are provided by Liquid Group Pte. Ltd (which operates as a Major Payment Institution in Singapore). Liquid Group’s Terms of Use are available here.

7 Card Promotions

7.1 Aspire may, in its sole discretion, offer card promotions, cashback and/or referral rewards, as described on the Promotions page, linked here and incorporated into this Agreement.
